  • The stand has an angle adjustment function, so adjust the angle so that the smartphone is in line with the direction of your gaze, as shown in the above image.

  • Turn the screws on both sides of the stand counterclockwise to loosen them.
  • The link part will slide, so slide it to adjust the angle, and then tighten the screw again to fix the angle.

6. Make the character appear to be standing on the stage

ACUAH Pseudo hologram stand use setting

  • The stand has a stage, but depending on the position of the character on the smartphone (up and down), they may appear to be floating in mid-air or to be sinking into the stage (depending on the size of the smartphone).
  • Therefore, adjust the position of the character on the screen so that they appear to be standing on the stage.

It is a bit of a hassle to adjust, but we recommend doing so in order to enhance the character's presence.

You can also start voice recognition by clicking the play button on a Bluetooth media remote control, Bluetooth speaker, or earphone.

To see the characters more clearly and three-dimensionally

  • The background paper is attached to the pseudo-hologram smartphone stand to make the character images look clearer in relatively bright places.
  • If you are using the stand in a slightly dark place, such as indoors, we recommend removing the background paper.

Viewing with the Pseudohologram - Viewing the characters more clearly and three-dimensionally

1. Choosing the installation location

If there is no difference in brightness between the side of the screen (transparent board) and the side of the character projection, the character will not look realistic.

  • Try to devise a way to install the screen so that the area around the character projection (where it feels like the character is being projected) is dark.
  • There needs to be physical space behind the character projection area.
  • If the surface of the stand is white, the character will not be visible.

2. Character costumes and shadows

  • Dark costumes will make the character invisible. Lighter costumes will make the character look better.
  • Also, if the model has few shadows, it will not look three-dimensional.

3. Try placing objects

  • If you place physical objects between the character and the screen (transparent board), the visual trick may make it look more realistic.
